Edge Steak & Bar Presents “Small Bites, Big Appetites” w/ Todd Erickson

The Pop-Up Cooking Classes hosted by Edge Steak & Bar’s Executive Chef Aaron Brooks have become a must-do Saturday event for every food lover in South Florida. Each month Brooks chooses a different theme such as Sunday Roast, Mediterranean Seafood or D.I.Y. Pasta and teaches his “students” how to prepare a three-course, gourmet meal.

Every once in a while, Brooks invites a fellow chef to teach with him like he did back in June with Eating House’s Giorgio Rapicavoli. So it was only fitting for September’s theme, “Small Bites, Big Appetites,” that he has Chef Todd Erickson, Executive Chef of Haven Lounge and the newly opened Huahua’s Taqueria, help him teach the modern, global tapas cooking class.

Guests of the class will enjoy an interactive mixology demonstrations while the chefs walk them through how to prepare innovative tapas dishes sure to, literally, “wow” a crowd. While the chefs are keeping the details of the menu a surprise, class participants can expect a welcome cocktail, plenty of delicious food, unlimited champagne and a take-home gift. The cooking class will take place on Saturday, September 21 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. for $75 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity).

Reservations are a must and can be made by visiting http://septedgecookingclass.eventbrite.com/. Hurry as seats are very, very limited.
